Receive the decision letter

If enrolment is confirmed, you will be provided with an enrolment package. Upon receipt of that package, please submit the documents and fees to our school office within 10 business days.

Registration Process

    • Schedule a visit of the school to see it in action. This visit offers an opportunity for you to ask questions of our teaching staff and ensure that our Montessori program aligns with your child's needs.

    • If you liked the school, we invite you to submit an online application. Please click here to access the application form.

    • Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a spot is availbale, you will receive an enrollment package. Upon receipt of this package, please ensure that all required documents, forms, and fees listed within are submitted to our school office within 10 business days.

    Please Note:

    • Submitting an application and registration fee does not guarantee a spot for your child.

    • Casa Program Requirement: Applicants for the Casa program (ages 3–6) must be fully potty trained and bathroom independent before joining the class.

  • When touring our school and meeting the Head of School , please bring the last school transcript of your child.

    Required only for all students older than 6 years old who are currently enrolled in another school.

  • You will receive a decision letter from us depending on the availability we have for the upcoming academic year.

    If a spot is offered, you will be invited to sign the Enrolment Agreement.

    Upon receiving the Enrolment package, kindly submit all documents, forms, upfront payment, and fees listed in the enrolment package to our school office within 10 business days.

    If the required documents and fees are not provided to the school administration by the specified due date(s), the space will be deemed available and offered to the next family on the waitlist. Your child will only be considered officially enrolled at our school once all listed requirements are fully met.

  • Upon signing the Enrollment Agreement, you will need to submit an upfront payment of two months' tuition.

    Should you, for any reason, become unable to enroll your child at BMS, you will be eligible for a partial refund of the upfront payment based on the withdrawal notice date as outlined below:

    - 75% REFUND with notice before June 1st.

    - 50% REFUND with notice before July 1st.

    - NO REFUND after July 1st.

    PLEASE NOTE: The Enrolment Agreement & Upfront payment MUST be completed within 10 business days of receiving the Enrolment Package. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the reserved space for your child, who will then be placed back on the waiting list.

  • Your Enrolment Package will provide you with all the necessary forms: Term of Agreement for the Academic Yeat and the Payment Form. It is required that you print these forms and submit them in person or by email within 10 business days.

    Once we have received these two important documents completed and signed, You will be invited to complete additional form online, trhough our school management system: Transparent Classroom.

    no later than your child’s first day of school. The forms include:

    • Student Form

    • Terms of Agreement

    • Up-to-date Vaccination Records

    • Payment Options with a Void cheque or post-dated cheques

    • Permission Lunch for lunch brought from home

    • Allergy/Asthma/Medication Administration Authorization (if applicable)

  • Attend our parents’ orientation and bring your child for a House visit before their first day of school (invitation will be sent out from the teacher).

Toddler

Our Montessori program for children aged 18 months to 3 years is led by an AMI-certified teacher with over 20 years of experience.

Casa

The curriculum supports your child's development from ages 3 to 6, building a strong foundation in math, language, science, geography, and practical life skills.

Elementary

For children aged 6 to 12, our program combines the advanced academic rigor of the Montessori method with interdisciplinary learning in math, language, biology, geography, and history, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
